PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
AFL’s range of FAST (Field Assembly with Simple Technique) Connectors allow you to terminate a fibre in less than a minute. The FAST Connector is a pre-polished connector which uses mechanical clamping and aligning of a cleaved fibre end which is inserted into the connector body.
The FAST Connector is available in both single-mode and multimode (OM1, OM2 and OM3 10Gig) and a variety of connector types. You can terminate them onto 250µm and 900µm coated fibre as well as 2mm and 3mm jacketed cord.
