We provide customer training that includes preliminary process development and optimization for the customers’ applications. For example, the AFL Splicer Engineering and Design Team offer a hands-on knowledge transfer to each customer instead of simply shipping the equipment to an inexperienced user. We also provide direct technical support of our products for basic operational or development needs. This highly technical support structure is rare, if not unique, in the splicer industry.
